  • Representation of Sweet Oak Parent, an affiliate of Sababa Holdings FREE, LLC, in connection with its take-private acquisition of Whole Earth Brands, Inc. (Nasdaq: FREE), a global food company enabling healthier lifestyles through premium plant-based sweeteners, flavor enhancers and other foods, for $4.875 per share in cash.
  • Representation of Admiral Acquisition Limited, a UK based blank check company, in connection with its acquisition of ASPAcuren Holdings, Inc., the ultimate parent company of Acuren, a leading North American provider of critical asset integrity services, from funds advised by American Securities LLC, for approximately $1.85 billion. In connection with the closing of the transaction, Admiral has been renamed Acuren Corporation.
