Anna Kokeli focuses her practice on real estate, primarily on legal advice with respect to asset and property management. She provides advice to developers in the logistics sector advising in the entire life-cycle of the investment and construction process including due diligence, negotiating land acquisitions and agreements with contractors (including general contractors) and architects, agreements with local authorities, utilities providers, agreements with brokers, as well as preparing and negotiating lease agreements in respect to the warehouses areas and agreements related to the property management of those areas. Anna actively assists clients in their day-to-day matters, including analysing lease agreements and documents related, drafting and negotiating annexes and other agreements with tenants. Anna has also experience in leading sale and purchase transactions involving various property types like logistics centers, office buildings, shopping malls and residential assets.
