Sheri Kanesaka is a member of the Real Estate Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Orange County office. She focuses her practice on litigation involving title issues (perfection, rights, restrictions), lien security and priority disputes, bad faith title insurance claims, escrow negligence, tax liens, and bankruptcy matters.
Drawing from deep experience garnered through service within the in-house litigation group of Fidelity National Financial, Inc., Sheri is adept at prosecuting and defending cases from inception through trial in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts and arbitration.
