Justyna Jamroży focuses on banking and project finance. She has experience in advising both lenders and borrowers in various domestic and international financing transactions. She has been a facilitator of significant transactions in the areas of project finance, real estate finance and acquisition finance. In recent years, she has advised on numerous RES financing projects, including Poland’s largest wind farm and PV power plant portfolios. Her clients include international investors, banks and financial institutions such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Denmark’s Export Credit Agency (EKF).

  • Advised GoldenPeaks Capital on junior facility financing granted by AB CarVal to finance acquisition and construction of 220 MW ready-to-built solar photovoltaic assets in Poland.°
  • Advised GoldenPeaks Capital on EUR 109 million financing from NORD/LB for over 100 solar farm portfolio in Poland in with a combined capacity of 177 MW.°
  • Advised mBank S.A. on a PLN 199 million financing of TotalEnergies’ 40 MW wind farms in Poland.°
  • Advised EBRD, DNB Bank Polska, mBank, Bank Pekao, PZU on financing granted to Potęgowo Mashav for the extension of the Potęgowo wind farm, Poland's largest wind power plant, which will reach 256.9 MW of total capacity once completed.°
  • Advised EBRD, DNB, EKF (Denmark's Export Credit Agency) on PLN 350 million financing granted to Polish subsidiaries of DIF Capital Partners for the acquisition, development and operation of Grajewo and Sulmierzyce wind farms located in Poland with a total capacity of 63.1 MW.°
  • Advised INEA and its affiliates on the EUR 160 million senior facilities granted by five leading Polish banks to finance the development of the broadband internet infrastructure in the Wielkopolska Province in Poland (a project co-funded by EU grants) and to refinance the existing indebtedness and general corporate purposes of the group.°
  • Advised EBRD, Alior Bank on the financing of a 39 MW wind farm development project in Radzyń Chełmiński, Poland.°
  • Advised a Polish bank on an export credit insured by the Polish Export Credit Agency and granted to a Dutch borrower in connection with the construction of a vessel in a Polish shipyard.°
