Kaylena Ferrin concentrates her practice at the intersection of real estate and corporate law. She regularly represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, developments, and dispositions, joint ventures, retail and office leasing, mortgage and mezzanine financing. Her practice extends across a variety of commercial asset classes, including multifamily and mixed-use developments, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial sites, and hotels. She also represents clients in a broad range of corporate and securities transactions, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions, asset and stock purchases and sales, and SEC reporting requirements, as well as corporate formation and governance and general business law matters.
