Niklas Conrad is a partner in the litigation group. His practice ranges from strategic litigation advice and extrajudicial dispute resolution to rights enforcement and the representation of clients in court. Niklas assists national and international clients from all sectors and industries in the resolution of commercial disputes, including post M&A conflicts. He regularly advises clients in cross-border disputes and assists in the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
Niklas has broad experience in the real estate sector and frequently litigates for clients from this sector in contractual disputes, including joint venture disputes, disputes regarding project developments, and post M&A disputes. In addition, Niklas regularly represents industrial clients in complex commercial disputes. He also has broad experience in advising clients from the technology sectors in disputes over questions of general contract and IP law, eCommerce, complex outsourcing projects, insolvency law, and disputes over licensing and distribution of content.
