Irene Chen focuses her practice on the clearance, procurement, maintenance, enforcement, and monetization of intellectual property rights, with an emphasis on trademark and trade dress rights. She counsels clients in all aspects of the branding process. She assists clients in the development and maintenance of their trademark portfolios in the United States and worldwide, as well as the exploitation of these rights through licensing and other business ventures.
