Matthew L. Cannon focuses on commercial real estate transactions representing clients in a broad range of complex real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of various classes of commercial real estate, particularly in the areas of contract drafting and review. Matthew also assists clients on analyzing local policy changes and the potential impact on client’s businesses while providing strategies to help clients navigate the changing landscape.

Concentrations

  • Assisting clients on the purchase and sale of various property classes, including aiding on the rezoning of client assets once the property has been acquired and the disposition of assets by clients.
  • Working with clients on the refinancing and modifying of loan for single property assets and assets in portfolios across the United States.
