Greenberg Traurig Represents Lincolnshire Management in its Acquisition of Abbiamo Pasta Company

NEW YORK – March 21, 2025 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Lincolnshire Management (Lincolnshire) in connection with its acquisition of Abbiamo Pasta Company, a leading manufacturer of short, dry pasta, specializing in durum semolina products and fast-growing specialty blend pasta offerings.
