MIAMI – Feb. 19, 2025 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP advised PointOne, LLC (PointOne Data Centers) in connection with a strategic partnership to support its platform growth in Virginia.
PointOne plans to build 14 data centers totaling over 6.1 million square feet across three locations in Northern and Central Virginia. PointOne previously acquired the sites and prepared them for development as hyperscale data center campuses.
A global investment management firm with $37 billion in assets under management will help PointOne execute on its plans for the projects and allow it to scale its platform as it seeks to acquire land in other prominent markets, according to the company’s press release.
