MINNEAPOLIS – Aug. 12, 2024 – Molly R. Littman-Johnson, an associate in the global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Minneapolis office, was recognized by Minnesota Lawyer as a 2024 Up & Coming Attorney. Each year, Minnesota Lawyer recognizes a group of attorneys off to a fast start in their legal careers, all in their first decade of practice. The honorees will be recognized during an event at The Luminare in downtown Minneapolis Sept. 20.
Littman-Johnson is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property & Technology Practice. She focuses her practice on trademark, copyright, trade dress, anti-counterfeiting, false advertising, and unfair competition matters, with an emphasis on the protection, enforcement, and defense of intellectual property rights. She has experience representing clients in federal courts across the country, as well as before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Her experience also includes helping clients address growing threats to intellectual property on the internet, including domain name disputes, Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy complaints, and take-downs of infringing content on e-commerce and social media platforms.
