WARSAW – 13 May 2024 – Greenberg Traurig represented WOOD & Company in the signing of joint venture agreements with the logistics developer 7R in relation to a logistics project in Tczew. As part of the transaction WOOD & Company has acquired the majority of shares in the project company implementing the project.
The transaction was subject to regulatory approvals.
