WARSAW – 14 June 2022 – Greenberg Traurig advised Invesco Real Estate, the global real estate investment manager, on the sale of a logistics park situated in the vicinity of the Gdańsk international airport to EQT Exeter. The logistics facility, a part of which is still under construction, consists of five buildings and has a total lease area of approximately 110,000 sqm.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led and supervised by Local Partner Rafał Siwek, supported by Associates Agnieszka Lichota and Maxymilian Rybczyński.
