DALLAS – April 18, 2022 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP expanded its Tax Practice with the addition of Austin Wyker as a shareholder in its Dallas office. Wyker joins the firm from Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C.
Wyker advises clients on the legal, business, and tax aspects of joint ventures with a focus on joint ventures in real estate. Wyker’s clients also include businesses seeking counsel on legal, business, and tax matters related to entity formation, structuring, and general operations.
