Marie Claire Wehr

Marie Claire Wehr is an Associate in the German Corporate/M&A team. She advises national and international clients on M&A and private equity transactions, venture capital investments, joint ventures and on general corporate law matters.

She holds a French-German double degree from attending law school both in Berlin and Paris and worked for international corporate law firms in Berlin and New York City as part of her legal clerkship.
