John L. McManus

John L. McManus concentrates his practice on representing businesses in complex commercial litigation in Florida federal and state courts. He defends class actions brought under a variety of federal and state consumer protection statutes, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act.
