Juliane Linhart is an associate in the German Corporate/M&A team. Juliane advises national and international clients from various industries on M&A transactions, investments and joint ventures. Her experience also covers matters of general corporate and corporate transformation law.

Prior to becoming an attorney-at-law, Juliane worked as a consultant at a global management consulting firm for more than three years.
