Douglas Johnson

Douglas Johnson focuses his practice on general commercial litigation and other complex business disputes. He has handled a wide variety of matters in areas such as multidistrict litigation, class actions, products liability, contract disputes, fraud-based claims, and commercial real estate disputes. His practice involves matters in both state and federal court as well as alternative dispute resolution, including both mediation and arbitration. Doug has experience in each phase of litigation, including resolving matters pre-suit, drafting dispositive briefs and motions, participating in all aspects of fact and expert discovery, and trial preparation.
