Ping Hsu’s practice focuses on complex cross-border corporate and transactional matters. He represents clients in public and private mergers and acquisitions, capital markets securities offerings, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and other general corporate law matters.
Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Ping worked for another international law firm in the United States.
