Gabriel Diaz is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Miami Office. Mr. Diaz represents clients in federal and state courts, and is experienced in all stages of litigation, from drafting complaints through dispositive motions, discovery, settlement, trial, and post-trial proceedings. Mr. Diaz is also experienced in representing clients during internal corporate investigations and advising clients regarding several regulatory compliance issues.
