Chris Bolten is a globally recognized IP attorney focusing on MedTech and technology fields, advising on over $35 Billion in MedTech acquisitions. Chris represents 55+ MedTech companies and VCs in the medical device and digital health industries–including those utilizing artificial intelligence (AI)–across the United States, Europe, and Israel. He has handled over 100 IP diligences for premiere venture capital firms and for MedTech companies. Chris served as IP counsel for the company or investors in the #1 and #2 MedTech acquisitions of private companies in 2024, the #1 overall MedTech acquisitions in 2022 and 2024, and the largest MedTech acquisition in the history of Israel, amongst many others. Having litigated dozens of patent cases in federal court across the United States for MedTech companies and other household name companies, Chris builds litigation-ready IP to facilitate investment, acquisition, and enforcement.
