Jake Barney is an associate in the Real Estate Practice of Greenberg Traurig’s Charlotte Office. Jake’s practice focuses on lender-side real estate finance, and he has worked on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including financings, acquisitions, loan modifications and joint ventures. Jake has represented institutional lenders, private equity funds and developers in connection with his practice.
