AMSTERDAM – March 8, 2024 – By royal decree, shareholders Jeroen den Dunnen and Alexander van Hövell were appointed civil law notaries in Amsterdam Feb. 14 and sworn in by the Amsterdam District Court on March 7.
Den Dunnen is a shareholder in the firm’s Corporate Practice and focuses on private M&A transactions, assisting clients in setting up joint ventures as well as cross-border mergers, demergers, and conversions.
Van Hövell is a shareholder in the Real Estate Practice and focuses on commercial real estate transactions, property development, and financing transactions. He also advises on renewable energy projects.
