PHILADELPHIA – Nov. 16, 2022 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP White Collar Defense & Special Investigations Practice Shareholder Jessica Natali and Labor & Employment Practice Shareholder Christiana Signs co-presented on best practices for remote and flexible workforce issues at the 2022 Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) of Greater Philadelphia’s Women’s Summit.
Natali and Signs presented “When Flexible Work Ties You in Knots: Navigating the Entanglements of Remote Office Life,” Nov. 16. They discussed strategies of maintaining work-life balance and appropriate employee and client engagement in the legal profession in a post-COVID 19 pandemic culture.
Based in the firm’s Philadelphia office, Natali is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania with broad experience in criminal and civil cases. She aids clients in the procedural and implementation processes of compliance consistent with Department of Justice guidelines. Natali also serves as the Philadelphia office’s co-liaison for the Greenberg Traurig Women’s Initiative, a strategic professional development approach that supports the recruitment, retention, and advancement of the firm’s women attorneys.
Signs, also in the Philadelphia office, routinely handles employment-related class and collective action litigation and advises employers on compliance matters. She has authored several amicus and principle briefs in cutting-edge class action employment cases and advises her clients on the Families First Coronavirus Response Act as a member of the firm’s Business Continuity Amid COVID-19 Task Force.
