Tooley, and Loreli Wright joined from the Denver office of Husch Blackwell.

Jim Miles focuses his practice on representing health care organizations, professionals, and businesses. He has experience in private equity and commercial transactions, joint ventures, government relations, regulatory compliance, business planning, mergers and acquisitions, and start-ups. He also advocates on behalf of health care providers undergoing false claims investigations by the Office of Inspector General and State Medicaid Fraud Control Units. He has been ranked a top health care lawyer by The Best Lawyers in America, 5280 Magazine, The Ambulatory M&A Advisor, and Super Lawyers. Miles received his J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law, and his B.A. from Tulane University.
Lawson Parker concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions in the health care industry. He works with private equity funds, strategic buyers, hospitals, single and multi-specialty group practices and other health care professionals on their transactional and operational matters. Parker also advises clients on state and federal regulatory compliance issues, including transaction structuring considerations, corporate practice matters, anti-kickback and self-referral matters and other health care fraud and abuse issues. He earned his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and his B.A. from St. Lawrence University.
Julie A. Sullivan is a health care regulatory and compliance attorney concentrating her practice on state and federal health care fraud, waste and abuse guidance, as well as health privacy and security law. She represents health care providers and suppliers in complex regulatory and transactional matters, and routinely advises on issues such as corporate practice of medicine, fee splitting, licensure and certification, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and medical staffing. Julie also structures mergers and acquisitions in the health care space to comply with the vast legal and regulatory requirements applicable to business deals in the industry, and leads regulatory diligence and diligence remediation efforts in connection with such transactions. Deeply involved in the Denver community, Sullivan served as pro bono coordinator at her former firm. She holds an M.P.H. from University of Illinois, a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and a B.A. from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Fred Miles is nationally recognized for his experience in health law with a concentration on the post-acute services health care sector. He has an active regulatory trial practice with an emphasis on Medicare/Medicaid program issues including licensing, fraud and abuse, certification and reimbursement. He has participated in a large of number of administrative trials related to licensing and reimbursement cases at the federal level, and has appeared regularly in state administrative forums throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. Miles earned his J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law and his B.A. from Doane College.
