ACI’s Drug & Medical Litigation Conference brings together speakers from around the country to provide a variety of perspectives on litigation issues affecting the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Designed for both networking and strategy sharing, the conference is one of the leading forums in these industries.
In addition to Greenberg Traurig’s sponsorship of the conference, Lori Cohen will serve as part of the speaker faculty for a session titled, “Mock Voir Dire: Strategically Selecting the Right Jury and Communicating Effectively from the Outset.” Cohen is the chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Health Care Litigation Practice, and is widely recognized for her ability to defend complex cases, having obtained 56 defense verdicts at trial. She also chairs the firm’s national Trial Practice Group and co-chairs the Atlanta Litigation Practice. Ginger Pigott, shareholder and vice-chair of the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Health Care Litigation Practice, will give the luncheon address on Dec. 9 during the conference.
