Enforcement of Labor and Environmental Obligations under the USCMA

Hosted by the Mexican Bar Association, Nuevo Leon Chapter, the webinar will focus on the labor and environmental obligations and enforcement mechanisms in the USMCA. Erick Hernandez and Claudia Hartleben will discuss the Rapid Response Labor Mechanism, which is a new tool that has immediate implications for Mexican companies that produce goods for export to the U.S. and Canada.
