Greenberg Traurig attorneys Jaime Burke (Associate, Intellectual Property & Technology), Liz Georgiopoulos (Associate, Litigation), Emily Ladd-Kravitz (Shareholder, Corporate) and Mian Wang (Associate, Litigation) will present “360-Degree View of Legal Issues for Entrepreneurs and Startups” to members of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s (MIT) Independent Activities Period (IAP). The program will discuss entity formation, founder agreements, corporate governance, strategic management of intellectual property portfolio, compliance with privacy laws, and enforceability of noncompetition provisions.
