Mergers & Acquisitions
In coordination with the firm’s robust M&A Practice, our energy attorneys regularly assist clients in a wide range of energy industry transactions including mergers, acquisitions, sales and divestitures, strategic alliances, joint ventures, and asset and debt portfolios. We have represented public and private companies, private equity groups, investment funds, governmental entities, banks and lenders, along with a variety of institutions and individual investors in the energy sector, in significant multibillion-dollar transactions. We also regularly assist clients in handling federal and state approvals for complex M&A transactions and counsel clients on issues pertaining to antitrust and competition laws.
Project Finance
