Lisa M. Petrovsky represents insurers in disputes involving insurance coverage and allegations of bad faith. Lisa’s work on behalf of insurers has included a range of issues in the property, casualty, title, and health insurance sectors. A significant portion her practice involves counseling title insurers and litigating title insurance coverage issues. Lisa has litigated high-profile coverage and other complex commercial cases before a variety of federal and state appellate and trial courts, as well arbitration panels.
