However, she is a nationally recognized business attorney, representing family offices, private equity firms, and institutional investors across a range of strategic matters—including M&A, real estate, fund formation, aviation, employment issues, all in addition to her ranked practice in high-stakes commercial litigation and cross-border intellectual property enforcement. Her clients often include private equity sponsors, real estate investment groups, consumer brands, aviation and health care companies, and technology innovators. Prior to her legal career, Bina was one of the few women traders in the pits of the Chicago Board of Options Exchange, where she developed a sharp command of risk and financial literacy.

Bina also serves as national settlement counsel for two of the world’s largest medical device companies, working with large teams of litigators both inside and outside the firm to manage nationwide settlements. She has devised novel settlement strategies to achieve the business objectives of leading global companies.
A civic and industry leader, Bina chairs Greenberg Traurig’s Asian American Affinity Group and has served in leadership roles with the North American South Asian Bar Association, YPO, and the Methodist Moody Brain and Spine Institute.
