Bruce T. Neel represents technology and emerging growth companies with a focus on patent licensing and technology agreements and computer, Internet, software and business method patents. He counsels companies regarding the development, protection and utilization of their intellectual property (IP) assets, and he represents clients in technology transactions across a broad range of industries including computers, software, the Internet, semiconductors, and e-commerce.

Bruce has a wide range of experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of technology agreements (including patent, software, and trade secret licenses, technology development agreements, and patent and other IP acquisition agreements). Bruce also has broad experience with IP portfolio development, management, and protection (including the filing and prosecution of patent applications in the United States and the management of a worldwide patent portfolio).

Prior to joining the firm, Bruce was a patent attorney and microprocessor circuit design engineer at Motorola.
