Alexander Nagel is an Associate in the German Real Estate Practice. He advises national and international clients on real estate transactions, in both asset and share deals. Additionally, Alexander Nagel advises on ongoing property and asset management issues, as well as on legal issues in the holding phase in property and asset management. He also has deep experience advising on real estate law in crisis and insolvency situations.
