Meredith L. Katz is Co-Chair of the firm's Chicago Real Estate Practice. She represents clients in connection with structuring, negotiating and documenting various aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Her practice is focused on financing, structuring, acquisitions, and dispositions of office, residential, retail and hotel assets. Meredith also represents clients in connection with investments in real estate funds and in the negotiations of joint venture agreements.
