Antonio Izzi is a member of the Banking & Financial Services and Blockchain & Digital Assets Practices in Greenberg Traurig's Milan office.

His main areas of focus are real estate finance, distressed debt and restructuring matters, NPL/UTP investments and structured finance transactions (including NPE securitisations).

He is also experienced in financial services and regulatory matters and assists Italian and foreign lenders, borrowers and sponsors in matters regarding corporate loans, acquisition finance, project and infrastructure finance and private placement deals.
