Ankush’s practice involves representing lenders, institutional investors, funds, datacenter companies, developers, and owner/operators in single-asset and portfolio transactions. He works with datacenter, industrial, multifamily, office, retail, and hotel projects. His experience includes representing national banks, institutional fund lenders, commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) loan originators, and other financial institutions in acquisition, construction, and permanent loans, as well as preferred equity and mezzanine loans. Additionally, Ankush has experience in loan modifications and workouts.

- Represented DataBank Holdings, Ltd. in connection with a $725 million senior secured revolving credit facility to finance existing and future data center construction projects.°
- Represented Digital Bridge Holdings, LLC, a leading provider of colocation, interconnection and data services, in connection with a $345 million senior secured construction loan to build a data center facility in Atlanta, Georgia.°
- Represented a pension fund seller in its sale of two trophy office towers encompassing 724,000 square feet located in San Diego, California (the transaction was one of the largest office transactions in San Diego of 2019).°
- Represented an institutional investor in its $1.2 billion refinance of the Century Plaza Towers located in Los Angeles, California.°
- Represented clients in various apartment acquisitions and related debt financings and joint ventures, from stand-alone projects to several portfolios.°
- Represented a joint venture partnership in its development and financing of a $500 million mixed-use development and related construction loan for a project located in Germantown, Tennessee.°
- Represented a privately held commercial real estate company in the joint venture purchase, and related debt financing, of a 24-property industrial, office, and retail portfolio located in 12 states.°
