Michael Dulin handles high-stakes intellectual property litigation matters, including patent, trademark, and copyright infringement cases nationwide. He represents companies of all sizes in areas ranging from pharmaceuticals and oil and gas exploration technologies to medical devices and consumer products.
Michael also has experience litigating corporate transactions, including those relating to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial contracts. Many of these underlying transactions implicate intellectual property assets, requiring Michael to draw from his deep knowledge of patent and IP litigation. His trial experience includes roles as first-chair counsel in jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations for clients in the telecommunications, software, and oilfield technology industries, among many others.
Michael co-authored the Local Patent Rules for the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and he formerly served as chair of the Intellectual Property Section of the Colorado Bar Association, leading an organization of over 700 intellectual property attorneys.
