Joshua D. Cohen, Chair of the Philadelphia Real Estate Practice, represents developers, institutional investors and lenders in complex joint ventures, acquisitions, developments, financings, leasing and dispositions of multi-family, industrial, office and retail developments. Josh regularly builds and leads multidisciplinary and multi-state teams for clients in national and portfolio transactions and effectively utilizes the breadth of resources that the Greenberg Traurig platform offers.
