MEXICO CITY – Jan. 28, 2025– Attorneys from the global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP in Mexico City represented BBVA Mexico in a syndicated loan of up to $1,930,000,000 Mexican pesos, granted for the refinancing of existing debt of a trust affiliated with Fibra Shop, related to the development of the La Perla shopping center, located in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
In this transaction, the Greenberg Traurig team provided comprehensive advisory services to BBVA Mexico, which acted as administrative and collateral agent, and bookrunner.
The La Perla shopping center is an emblematic project that promises to be a landmark in Guadalajara, offering a unique shopping and entertainment experience.
