Entin’s panel, “Workers Without Borders: Global Mobility is the New Normal,” will take place April 12. The panelists will also talk about the progress of the OECD Centre for Tax Policy and Administration's work program concerning the global movement of employees, in addition to recent national and bilateral policy changes in Europe and other regions, particularly focusing on the tax implications of cross-border employment arrangements.
