AUSTIN, Texas – Jan. 30, 2024 – Janis E. Clements, an Intellectual Property (IP) & Technology Practice of counsel in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Austin office, received the Serjeant of the Inn award Jan. 25. The award was presented during the annual joint meeting of the Northern District of Texas and Eastern District of Texas American Inns of Court.

Clements is a Master member of the Judge Paul Brown Inn of Court and The Honorable Lee Yeakel Intellectual Property American Inn of Court, and serves as Membership Chair for the Judge Paul Brown Inn of Court. Clements is also an active participant in other local professional and legal organizations, including the Eastern District of Texas Bench Bar Planning Committee, Austin Intellectual Property Law Association, and Grayson County Bar Association. She serves on the Women Lawyers of Eastern District of Texas Advisory Board, and the Grayson Crisis Center Board.
