Advocate Konrad Kosicki, former partner and head of the energy practice at an international law firm, joins as Partner in the Warsaw office and Head of the Energy and Natural Resources Practice.
Konrad Kosicki specializes in Polish and European energy law. He advises on acquisitions, development and financing of conventional and renewable energy projects, on regulatory issues, on trading in electricity, natural gas, green certificates and other commodities as well as on infrastructure projects. He has also represented companies before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, common courts and in arbitration proceedings.
Konrad Kosicki joins Greenberg Traurig with his core team comprising attorney-at-law Dorota Derlicka (Counsel) who not only brings forth vast experience in renewable energy, infrastructure projects, environmental issues and construction, but also bolsters the capability of the entire team by providing unique capabilities in the nuclear sector due to her involvement in the development of the first nuclear power plant in Poland.
Konrad Kosicki and Dorota Derlicka will be supported by Associates Janusz Krakowiak and Karolina Lewandowska.
