WARSAW – 4 October 2022 – Greenberg Traurig advised Generali Real Estate on the acquisition of undeveloped plots located in Skawina near Kraków. Advice on the transaction included negotiating and signing of the development management agreement with MDC2 regulating the planned development of land with a multi-stage logistics facility known as MDC2 Park Kraków South.
MDC2 Park Kraków South is a development project for a distribution and logistics hub to be developed in three phases and comprise three buildings, with a planned total GLA of more than 90,000 sqm on land of over 19 ha.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Senior Associate Filip Widuch, supported by Associates Jędrzej Antoszewski and Bruno Jasic and Junior Associate Maciej Smaczyński. Deputy Managing Partner Radomił Charzyński supervised the transaction.
