BOSTON – Feb. 10, 2022 – Greenberg Traurig, LLP has added Kyle C. Ffrench as an associate to its Boston office as the firm continues to grow its Corporate Practice.
Ffrench represents clients in complex corporate and financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital investments, corporate reorganizations, debt and equity financings, and general corporate matters. Ffrench has experience in corporate reorganizations in connection with private mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions, counseling companies regarding SEC reporting obligations, venture capital fundraising, and corporate governance. She counsels clients across a broad range of industries, including health care, life sciences, real estate, and business services.

Ffrench is the sixth attorney to join the corporate team in the Boston office in the last year, which includes shareholders Joseph J. Curran in Tax and Kyle R. Junik in Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as corporate associates Maya Finkelstein, Natalie Gallego, and Amanda Leese.
Prior to joining the firm, Ffrench served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Marianne B. Bowler in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts as well as for the Honorable Michael D. Ricciuti in Massachusetts Superior Court.
Ffrench obtained her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and her B.A. from University of Texas at Austin.
