NEW YORK – June 29, 2020 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP released Episode 4 of the Legal Environmental Insights Podcast, “Implementing Protection Measures as Employees Return to Work,” as part of its “Getting Through” mini-series focused on environmental concerns during the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.
In Episode 4, Shareholder Michael T. Taylor discusses myriad occupational health and safety concerns as employers reopen their businesses and restart operations. Taylor, who serves as Chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Occupational Safety and Health practice, focuses on the factors that may influence a business’s decision to select and implement appropriate control measures.
