POLAND HB Reavis has sold the Konstruktorska Business Center in Warsaw to Netherlands-based investment company Golden Star for an undisclosed sum.
According to information received by Eurobuild CEE from two independent market sources, however, the transaction amounts to app. EUR 120 mln. This is the developer’s first divestment of a Polish asset. Greenberg Traurig advised HB Reavis on the transaction and Marcin Rogala from SRC law advised Golden Star. Konstruktorska Business Center was completed in 2013 and is situated on ul. Konstruktorska in the city’s Śłużewiec district. It comprises 49,500 sqm of class ‘A’ office space and cccording to HB Reavis, it features the largest floorplate in the CEE region (over 7,300 sqm), as well as 3,200 sqm of internal green patios. Tenants include Procter & Gamble, PZU, Otis and Heineken. It was designed by Warsaw-based studio Epstein.
