NEW YORK (May 5, 2014) - Robert J. Ivanhoe, co-chair of the global Real Estate Practice at the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, has been selected to The New York Observer’s 7th Annual “Power 100” List. Ivanhoe has been selected every year for inclusion in the “Power 100” since its inception in 2008. According to the publication, people featured in the list are “power perennials.” The rankings reflect what’s changed as well as what has stayed the same in the real estate capital of the world.
Ivanhoe is also co-chair of the REIT group at Greenberg Traurig. He concentrates his practice in sophisticated real estate structures, financings, workouts, restructurings, acquisitions and dispositions of all asset classes of real estate. Ivanhoe represents numerous nationally-recognized owner/developer and institutional lender/investor clients domestically and internationally for more than 30 years. He is actively involved in real estate industry current affairs and regularly asked to write and lecture on industry topics. Ivanhoe is based in the New York City office of Greenberg Traurig.
