The SubOptic 2025 will take place on June 2 - 5 at the Lisbon Congress Centre in Lisbon, Portugal. SubOptic is a globally renowned submarine telecoms conference held every three years, and is the longest-running, most comprehensive event in the submarine cable industry. Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Denise Wood will be speaking on the panel "Masterclass 2: Network Security" on Monday, June 2 from 10:30 am - 11:30 am. This panel will discuss submarine cables and how they are increasingly recognized as critical national assets due to their vital role in global communications. This masterclass will also address a range of topics related to security for submarine cable systems and will cover aspects of physical protection, cybersecurity, geopolitical considerations and legal/regulatory frameworks.
