The Copyright Society's 2023 Midwinter Meeting

Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Ian C. Ballon, Co-Chair of the firm's Global Intellectual Property & Technology Group, will be a speaker during The Copyright Society's 2023 Midwinter Meeting in Palm Springs on Feb. 9-11, 2023. Ballon's session, "The Future is Now: IP Enforcement Considerations in the Metaverse and Beyond," will explore IP enforcement considerations in the metaverse (and beyond) including jurisdictional issues, investigative issues, Terms of Service and contractual rights (limitations and expansion).
