3rd Annual Microsoft Tech Law Summit; 18th Annual IP & Social Justice CLE Seminar

GT is a sponsor of the 3rd Annual Microsoft Tech Law Summit and the 18th Annual IP & Social Justice CLE Seminar on March 4-5, 2021. Typically two separate events, this year, the events have been combined into a two-day virtual program. The program's goal is to educate minority legal professionals on the issues and opportunities in the tech industry in an effort to help infuse the legal workforce with a diverse pipeline to ensure fair, transparent and accountable development of AI as a service and other new technologies that empowers everyone. Session topics aim to advance social justice with sessions that highlight social justice concerns in emerging IP and tech issues. GT Shareholder Ian C. Ballon (LA/SV) will be a speaker during the "IP Year in Review" session on Friday, March 5 at 11:15 am. His presentation will cover the patent, trademark, and copyright trends from 2020 and what trends to look forward to in 2021.
